The ceremony will be held on the first floor of Incline High School on Thursday, February 15 at 12:15 p.m.

In her four years playing for Incline Varsity Soccer, Wallner was first team all-league and first team all-state twice, she had one second team award and one honorable mention.  Over her career, she scored 41 goals and accumulated 20 assists.  She led her teams to qualify for regional playoffs every year she was in high school, and she was a state runner up to end the 2014 season.

“Madio brought a high level of effort and a fierce competitive spirit to every contest she participated in for the Incline High School soccer program,” said Head Girls Soccer Coach Tom Canino.

“Madio has played a fundamental role in Incline High School’s We the People (WTP) class’s success this year,” said Milton Hyams, Social Studies Teacher and WTP advisor. “She has grown this year as a critical thinker and as a leader. Madio has become an expert on the Founding Era debates and how those Constitutional Debates remain relevant today, and joined with her classmates in making a persuasive presentation to political science professors, historians, and staffers for U.S. senators, attorneys, and judges.  Madio and her unit group won a unit award at the highly competitive state competition and have secured a Wild Card berth at the National WTP Finals, which is a very prestigious academic event in Washington DC.  Madio is the quintessential student-athlete.”

“Madio has been involved in leadership all four years at Incline HS,” said Kari Michael, assistant principal of Incline High School. “She is the current student body president and has held student leadership offices the past three years. Madison has certainly been a contributing member to the student body in many ways throughout her time at Incline HS.”
